How to Enroll

Follow our streamlined enrollment pipeline to secure your section and registration status.

Online Registration or Inquiry

Visit the campus admissions office or submit an inquiry via our contact form. Our academic counselors will guide you in selecting the right program track.

Submit Entry Requirements

Bring original and photocopy credentials (report cards, birth certificates, certificate of good moral character) to the registrar’s office for validation.

Interview & Academic Review

Undergo a brief interview with the department head or academic advisor to evaluate elective paths and schedule course load sections.

Tuition Assessment & Payment

Obtain your enrollment assessment form from the registrar and pay either full cash (with discounts) or the initial down payment at the cashier or verified payment channels.

Retrieve Portal Credentials

Receive your official student ID card and login credentials for the Student Information Management System (SIMS) portal to access classes and schedules.

Admission Requirements

Prepare these documents to expedite your registration timeline at the Registrar's Office.

College Applicants

Incoming Freshmen:

  • Original Form 138 (High School Report Card)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character (GMC)
  • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
  • Two (2) identical recent 2x2 colored pictures

Transferees:

  • Honorable Dismissal / Transfer Credentials
  • Official Transcript of Records (TOR) or Copy of Grades
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate

Senior High & TVET Applicants

Senior High School (Grade 11):

  • Original Grade 10 Report Card (Form 138)
  • Certificate of Junior High School Completion
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
  • QVR Certificate / ESC Voucher (if applicable)

TESDA TVET / modular courses:

  • High School Diploma or ALS Certificate
  • Form 138 or transcript of records
  • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
  • Four (4) identical 1x1 colored pictures

Financial Aid

Scholarships & Grants

We offer several internal scholarship programs and support government vouchers to keep quality education accessible.

Institutional Scholarships

  • Academic Gold Grant

    Provides 100% tuition fee exemption for students graduating with high honors from secondary schools. Requires maintaining a GPA of 1.5 or better.

  • Academic Silver Grant

    Provides 50% tuition fee exemption for students graduating with honors. Requires maintaining a GPA of 1.75 or better with no grade lower than 2.0.

  • Working Scholar Program

    Enables qualified applicants to work part-time in school administration offices or laboratories in exchange for partial or full tuition discounts.

Government Subsidies

  • DepEd Senior High School Voucher

    A tuition subsidy provided by the Department of Education for Senior High School students transferring from public JHS or private JHS with ESC grants.

  • TESDA TVET Subsidies

    Government-sponsored scholarship grants for specific technical modular courses, providing free competency training and assessment certification.

  • CHED UniFAST / Tertiary Education Subsidy

    National financial aid programs for qualified college students enrolled in CHED-accredited private higher educational programs, based on socio-economic evaluation.
